‘Turner Prize’ 2008

Thanks to Crap Waltham Forest’s blog (see my link – Cycling in Waltham Forest) for highlighting Waltham Forest’s Turner Prize of a ‘pillar box’. It kind of blends in with the surroundings, doesn’t it?

I think Waltham Forest is now worth zillions considering how much ‘art work’, like graffiti and general mess is located there. Maybe they will put up the rates.

Now Stinking Stratford, Olympic City, has had a bit of a clear up so that borough has no chance of winning it at the moment, although, it had a good chance over the August Bank Holiday holiday period.

Never mind, I will keep a look out if other parts of East London can beat Waltham Forest’s Turner Prize. I don’t think so, as that council certainly takes some beating. They have neglected that borough for years.
