British Cycling is the internationally recognised sports governing body for cycling in the UK and our continued growth is built on the successful delivery of results at elite level and a strong focus on developing the grass roots of our sport.
We now have an opportunity for a skilled and appropriately experienced individual to join our Corporate Services team.
Delivering day to day business support services you will be able to demonstrate a high level of IT competence, including a minimum of intermediate level in components of Microsoft Office Professional software and a proficiency in the use of email.
Working closely with the Business Support Manager you will need to offer significant service and administration experience and be a first class organiser with very strong interpersonal skills. The main responsibilities for this role will be to administer legal and insurance services and assist in fleet administration. The successful candidate will also fulfil a key role in the administration and delivery of corporate events.
We are looking for an effective communicator and customer focused individual with strong team working skills. Experience of delivering specific services such as fleet administration and insurance claims handling would also be advantageous.
All of our permanent employees are automatically awarded Gold Membership of British Cycling. Our hours of work are 37.5 per week, although some weekend work will be required for meetings and corporate events. Membership of the pension scheme is offered on completion of 6 months service.
