Whilst trawling on the internet, I found these within a couple of hours or so. Considering I found them so quickly, there has to be many many more multibike crashes involving motorists round the world, not as ‘rare’ as cycling organisations tend to think, after all, they want to encourage cycling.
One thing that ‘intrigues’ me is the hit-and-run aspect of some of these motorists, they just want to get away with it. It is a good job RoSPA is ‘looking into their behaviour’ at the Congress.

and if you think motorists are ploughing to masses of cyclists, they are mowing down whole groups of pedestrians including schoolchildren, see links on http://www.crapwalthamforest.blogspot.com. The ‘mass injuries’ needs to be properly looked at legally.
We don’t want a ‘slap-the-wrist’ for these uberlouts.
